Consolidation Consolation

Fated by nature confidentiality falls away

Secrets by admission hold very little sway

Hunger loves so much scarcity all the rage

Enter a new Confidentiality Extinction Age

Health record books amid apple and android

Communique abounds as if in data stream joy

Weapon system flair for all at once not trusted

What's not to know not confidentiality busted

Campaigns so true in such a promising way

Confidentiality never want so much to say

Comedian competitions or business play

Key to the city data base wanders astray

Lend all the ears to the simplest of criers

The digital ethers of pamphlets and flyers

Overcomes the unorthodox to see new way

Secrecy's permanent erosion comes to play

Frosty faces once shout as secrets swell hot

Banks like basketball make the second shot

Data streams on what will matter somehow

Secrecy in capitalism profit's true cash cow

Dishonesty in spoken word had its heyday

Logic bombs coerce commerce at the bay

Trade and shipping bring in all that new

Steamboats railroad canals once the few

Just one smile may lift your home noble

Homespun darkness creates new bubble

Diversity makes its play as secrecy wanes

Capitalism gains its way as the upper of hands

Send out the scouts for a little research brand

Rare data treasure troves draw a line in the sand

Database populated by information and such

Economic pulse needs some country to touch

Cosmic Clock

Teams gather at the new nerve center station

Kindling relationships across nation to nation

To wipe off a premise of impending dangers

Emerge off the premises as if mere strangers

Enter the approach near the bright sun ray

Comet meteor asteroid by night or the day

Magdalena telescope observes night sky

Rocky rubble piles pass earth as if fly by

Holds together by a simple force of gravity

All lives rest upon a rocky space's depravity

Something looks back as calories and cancer

Lack of common language is the tiny dancer

Self replicating breaks down materials raw

To build itself again with only what it saw

Flash from the sky blinded by sun's lovers

Near event horizon new mothership hovers

Fresnel solar mirror sun's heat for near space

Reflects to the approaching with sun's rays

Meteors, comets, asteroids full of scariness

Frozen water, amino acids, carbon bury us

Magdalena searches for nickel-iron asteroid

Telescope observatory peers into space void 

Fresnel lens gathers huge focus of sunlight

Hercules laser beam stands ready in the night

Little jets of gas spew of core frozen CO2

Focused lens, laser beams stand ready on cue

To shoot a hole in a comet for orbit misdirect

Cosmic clock winds down on earth direct hit

Fat stack of rules brace for deep impact

Fast track cools in the face of contact

Administration officials don a vest

Government estimates off at best?

They had poker faces in all that blurs

Space keyhole is where return occurs

Nudging asteroids business of survival

Apophis April thirteen's 2029 arrival

Earth safety mode once the dream

Ejecta release spews asteroid stream

Showers capacity in its physics laws

Apophis threatens all beaks and paws

Security through an insurance or bonding?

Management focus group asteroid yawning

Meaningful supervision hopes for its call

Governments prepare to provide for all

Gravity tractor in the future will know

Spaceship ion thrusters for a gravity tow

Firm jawed and principled makes the play

Kinetic impactor pushes it out of the way

Stars much more distant, maybe asteroid 

Apophis "rubble pile" out in the void

Devastating impact or a near miss?

Finesse its orbit for deflection bliss

Conference calls orbit of wonder

Void of the abyss hears no thunder

Officials, experts in no preset agenda?

Earth headed for galactic fender bender

To talk over one another in this instance?

Apophis makes its way in closing distance

500 megatons--ten times our biggest bang

Apophis Pop as the last genre earth sang
