Cherry Vanilla

All those smells and flavors
As savory does its favors
Fire and nice pile it on
You are the hill I want to die on

No second rate recruitment here
Proud battle of colors near
Where like-minded souls whisper love
Cherry vanilla comes down from above

Seaside villa with flowers galore
Tiny perch atop the shore
Cast a long shadow over my soul
Cherry vanilla deep dish bowl

Hitting pretty in my face
Meager splash of fortune's taste
Wild lie idle on winds and shoal
Cherry vanilla in my bowl
