Privacy rises from the ashes of the well intended

To delete forever? leaves Einstein undefended

Is it a personal right to never have been said?

To be enforced by strange force long dead?

Commanded send with an ilk so slicked

Time conquers all even huge data base 

Therein lies forever, future human race

Regulators decide now for the consumer

Privacy veers away from the baby boomer

To leave data behind for the rest of the world

As universal parenting so cosmopolitan swirled

Appoint a nice watchdog to watch it sniff and bark

As if a piracy, your privacy slips off into the dark

Information now regretted? well that's too bad

Second thoughts once, a second chance had

Government punishment for things posted?

Flew out your window you thought ghosted

The world enjoys your little local contribution

Mainstream boys disperse in a wide distribution  

But now regretted? remember sharing is caring

Topic once fretted? now in the world blaring

Advertising lifestyle book in a data factory 

Your life storybook even with back story

Pet a watchdog, continue your convenience

Sharing personal information gets no lenience

Right to privacy is a banner, stutters and sways

Or right to free speech, can we have it both ways?

What about a search engine, so slick and so greased

Free and easy services so expanded and increased

Information collected, tracking you if they dare

Future earth standing in its cosmic underwear

Open ethos a watchword, watchdogs bark

Digital shines a light away from the dark

People as a target for products sublime    

Genetics wish for anonymize enzyme
