Tropical Christmas Cool

Aloha poets,
Cool tropical Christmas colors inspire today's poetry. Enjoy!

Pity's Uppity Stupidity

Soothing calls of waterfalls cull and mull mainstream's pull
In depth or debt the walls of time's horizon scream to lull
Wreckages of regimes confine to a conformity of a motif
Only clean hands come to grips into this scale of relief

Get me wrong take me home a business by the book
Provisions feature future on appropriation's hook
Directional development gives conformity a look
Demise configures political error history took

Ethos of chaos cools its work release crew
To throw a party just to say "I like you"
Then holds a parade, unveils a statue
To reverse engineer and ban on cue

Consensus suffocates as its own dissent
Copy-catted consensus escape velocity in descent
Baked bread's unstoppable rise simply part of its nature
Culture's moral foundation dreams of its own nomenclature

A free society shows a little respect and some decency
No cruelty held for any ambition and or efficiency
What really bears the cost of a political gravity?
Consensus rules with pity's uppity stupidity
