Shadow Mist

Aloha poets,
Mist of water in shadows inspire today's poem.   Enjoy!

Transcription Factor Blues

As jungles go, the blues hit a sweet spot
Minerals flow in bliss to get to a hot spot
Genetics of love is a philosophical drone?
Transcription factors drive its gene home

Ok so they say its some kind of war
Culture, comedy still that big draw
War, raw, draw---did genes do it?"
Or did the jungles just help us to it

Competence survives, own little way
The cover of shelter offers its little bay
Built atom to atom the forest got a start
Transcription factors then gave it a heart

Cats and cooking to remain the big thing
If intelligence survives and bells still ding
Security systems are now the new bling
Unusual movement gets its own ping

Enough already, here's subject at hand
Are genes up in smoke if seas cover land?
Little pockets of jungles remain above water
Transcription factors to save sons or daughter

Palm Tree Boaters

Aloha poets,
Coastal boaters behind a palm tree inspire today's poem. Enjoy!

Beauty Machine

Make yourself over, new electronic device
Control your environment in image so nice
Digital cosmetic, mirror music to your eyes
Save the package reduce a retailer's demise

Take your look to the console, ask "what if"
Cosmetic aisles avoid customer privacy rift
Technology startup help you start your day
Virtual mirror presented the new you today

Hesitate for a moment to see how you look
Scan a bar code without opening that book
Screens remind you of that beauty you test
Print out your images, so close to your vest

Cosmetic stores once ritzy specialist venues
Experiment yourself the products you chose
Drawer full of wrong makeup about the past
Virtual mirror says what if,  new look's a gas

Authentically appears on the bright sided face
Reduce opening package, win the recycle race
Internal camera takes your photo on the screen
Virtual kiosks are in, our latest beauty machine

Dream Sparkle

Aloha poets,
Sparkle off ocean wave, impressionist photo give a dream
feel, inspires today's poetics. Enjoy!

Proxy Card Player

Come in close to access what you want at will
Gain what you like with a proxy access kill
Corporate extinction or dereliction of duty
Intellectual nude a new thing of beauty

The mainstream is the place for new navigator
That distant shoreline, the new invigorator
Romantic the board in all things proxy
Go frantic not bored, bring the moxy

What the hell you may ask is this all leading to
A few more feet and we drop the other shoe
Updates evolve even for the doctrinaire
Originalism stalls only to clear the air

A fast ride offers its usual pressure points
To address the issues as it cruises juke joints
A meaning more perfect is buried in the sands
To find it there in text requires holding hands

Travel with tolerance, it means to acquiesce
How to avoid the contested is anybody's guess
Teachers and training let you play the proxy card
Give the people their choice, be a cool political bard

Social media arrives without the principle of prudence
Small business survives about as much as a clue dunce
Ambiguity of passages may be words to draw swords
Though try as you might to find resolution in words

Is our only real choice to rely on the probable?
The definitive floats as if apples unbobbable
Add a little action to your arsenal of threats
Play your proxy card, call off all the bets

Purple Rain Tropical

Aloha poets,
Purple textured background depicts waterfall as purple. Enjoy!

Clouds in Focus

Fools yourself to think you're in to be a titan of tech
Got negotiation?...or, is this program a total wreck
Face the growth pressure even now you rev it up
Make cloud computing a new friendly little pup

Culture of comedy data center out in the sticks
Cuts across your best china a specialized shtick
Get your access on the net and make a network
Even celtics of old had a product portfolio quirk

Children play in cultures of business model schemes
To manage a personal computer in clouds and dreams
Beauty lies in the one stop technology shop of survival
Duty cries as you outsource your data center to arrival

Competence sparks a new day and for bells now to ring
Component assembly becomes the new fight to bring
Corruption may enter with its small storage and fees
"Sorry, taken" they say but what about the trees?

Strategy undisrupted now so cool and unique
We love our time even though it feels antique
Commercial wants to emerge and to dominate
Even as testosterone and oxytocin find the gate

Disclosure can, maybe will be a thing of the past
Exercise the option to cloud compute, here at last
Discrimination shares its fences with all far fetched
Differences lie shift shaking on beaches sands etched

Ok now here is the deal as if you haven't already asked
Let your hair down, not scuttle deals you earnestly tasked
Landscapes change in symptomatic of how they are masked
A new sunny season brings cloud computing in which to bask

Fuzzy Garden Orb

Aloha poets,
Garden orb mimics a fuzzy sprout and inspires poetry. Enjoy!

Producers Roosters and Roasters

Will they ever sell it off before the harvest is in?
So raw and unedited in its silence of spin
Waits and watches as the worry rises
Prices go up in no more surprises

Such arduous edit undergoes
In flames of a harvest throes
Availability makes a stance
Coffee harvest to enhance

A bumper crop it's so big
Another verse take a swig
Pattern poetic or data series
Futures sell on future queries

Harvest the lower price pressure
Producers, traders, the best guessers
Strategy cost to produce in transit squirm
Spot price set firm for its delivery near term

Durable goods, now that is talking about roasters
Farms and farmer's agriculture, well that is roosters
To write poetry with coffe absorbs rising cost's hands
Delivery to take, or so to make, it's supply and demands

Rock Garden Rain

Aloha poets,
Cool rain in rock pool garden inspire today.  Enjoy!

Leaves Don't Flee; Fleas Don't Leave

Floodwaters empty on Arabian sea
Deals in a pipeline jostle refugee
Privatization sways and swerves
To flee home restriction by nerves

Makeshift camps to get tainted
Origin of use overly painted
Risings spread further south
Puppet up river's magic mouth

Citadel life the headwater of stiff
Damage images presented gift
Feuds embroil to find the hue
Colors of leaves trumpet a clue

Public order to anchor a system
In secrets of owner's wisdom
Fancy freedom in true belief
Free to flee zones border grief

Appropriate abruption answer here
In shades that flow before a fear
Border towns beyond their pale
Stand at the ready for us all in jail

Dripping Tropical Garden

Aloha poets,
Water drips on rainbow colors of this tropical garden
to inspire today's poetry. Enjoy!

A Trial Balloon
                "...ode to The Last Shipwreck"

And so we enter into the financial dark
Outside only steel, cement, and welder spark
Ownership can carry its own side effect
Survival in the air sees the last shipwreck

Winners and losers may be a dime a dozen
As financial markets house their own denizen
To ban the show in fear of political unrest
Requires a trial balloon, the pundit's test

Capital releases slow for endeavor productive
To own, but not occupy can be seductive
Is speculation such a bad incurable disease?
Don't forget to say thanks, after a please

Does slow growth really offer low value?
To get a job should somebody just call you?
And what about possible political unrest
Personal trial balloon, conduct your own test

Back at the ranch we've still got one problem
Vacant housing stock, corporate hogs them
And what about that clean water and air
Financial darkness v survival, do they care?

Erect it from scratch to stand empty anew
Multiple units can be a value to a few
Market now, a day of reckoning may come
Send your trial balloon up, rise with the sun

Waterfall Palm

Aloha poets,
Night photo of indoor waterfall palm inspires
today's poem.  Enjoy!

Beauty

Is beauty just "there"or does it have something to"do?"
In modern times any and all can be classified as"zoo"
Tip your hat to those things you don't understand
Buy a new car, now just get it stuck in the sand

Dubious shelter those things we call respect
Grab a quick and easy, fall hard, fast to neglect
Satisfy pride with your own weakness and strength
The function of value is to present its beauty at a length

Shouldn't we all just fall into cost effective syndrome?
Have our diamonds while we just wander to roam?
Magisterial treatments are something of a merit
Beauty grabs your value hard just to scare it

True to form we all try to finesse and cooperate
To think in terms of going dancing, it's not too late
Powerful union the things we call function, value, duty
In realms of rigor they rise together to present as "beauty"

Tropical Pattern Poetics

Aloha poets,
Poetic tropical patterns inspire today. Enjoy!

Data Muscle Flex Blues

Data, muscle your way into the fore
To allow entrance or lock the door
Then daily anew makes a show
Get up, see it thru, or just go

Tells us all of the lonely few
Who possess at least one clue
To pass along to the next gate
Move on up only then relegate

Step aside sit out all the excess
Modest gains its own success
Ready flushes out new deal
Steady gushes fates to seal

New results questions raise
A nimble striker always pays
Grab your edge in democracy
Slow-it-down with bureaucracy

Congress climbs as parent stalls
Local keeps its eye on the ball
Testosterone makes new call
Oxytocin takes its new fall

Adolescence hold a key
To up a down society
Global strikes a deal
Individual's reality

Squeeze it out
Make it stout
Take route
Data out
Shout!

Shadow Water Rabbit

Aloha poets,
Eco green shadows and water rabbit inspires today's
poetry. Enjoy, play on!

The Edge

So confirmed in their feelings of beauty mistrust
They cancel and conceal them all back to dust
Whether a tumbling stock or a tumbling dice
Beauty still thrills more than once or twice

Teach the world something, start debate
Asexual beauty in cultures reverberate
Accept assurance as meritless blame
I keep my edge, you file the claim

How fit must we be to save also serve
How much beauty is there we deserve
A mosh pit or a mosque in the making
How many years before its all shaking

Time marches on with "us and them"
Beautiful woman to be your friend
Exit package a ground zero fate
Keep your edge not the hate

New York City's the most
Toasted along the coast
No need for a sledge
Just carry a pledge
Drop the wedge
Jump to keep
Your edge

Tropical Flower Chair

Aloha poets,
Chair amidst a cool tropical flower garden inspires today.
Have a seat! Enjoy!

The Death of Dull

To let a false claim act of their own accord
Breathless whistleblowers, "All aboard"
Is to nurture in deserts a broken wing
In hopes the dust may begin to sing

Can beauty alone cure all ill?
Domestication's magic pill?
Must poems end so soon?
Drifting as if a balloon?

Life really means to have us live longer
Live a little smarter, maybe stronger
To have the energy, techno power
Along with beauty, and a flower

How can we waste time to bicker and feud?
As gentle wisdom arrives on breezes nude
In hefts of full heart, so placid and soft
The death of dull in your happy loft

Duty Never Dies

Glossy surfaces obscure what lies beneath
Conga lines of dancers, so hard to breath
Corporate ladders occupy the corner suite
Macabre sabers shout up from your feet

Pencils dance, they call you "the coffee geek"
Luminance humanized shows up every week
Emotions creep along floorboards, the wall
Conscription stands wooden, you get the call

Small cruelties are vacant and can be glum
Faces pale with care, stepping onto the gum
Enchantment's heart feels to scrambles a jet
Duty can only wonder, "Am I there yet?"

Foolish medicine plunges into contention
Techno arrives in the service of detention
Freedom lies in chosen ways of life's miles
Jilted ones are still cruelly asked for smiles

As earth circles its uncertain gravity drain
Remember to tell a story, tell of the rain
A signature look is a strange intrusion
Yet duty never dies, it only tries
for a conclusion

Aloha poets,

A Correction in the Rough

It surfs an exuberant wave
As feats of ignominy stand so brave
To statistically relinquish is not its pale
In fumes of gender, manner hypes to regale

Its jolt into the thin captures hearts
To share allegations and say "That smarts"
Can kindness really be rooted in gentler ages?
When likability, unglamorousness was all the rages

Reasons for esteem rise to the top
When sympathy rages it just won't stop
Technology keeps pushing in its forward bent
Initial rough correction, an old hand needed to be lent

Data Fuels the Desire

"...an ode to the Outsiders in the Din"

Electron communication's brave new site
Privacy of the individual puts up its fight
Who is it really you didn't want to be let in?
Corporate, government, outsiders in the din?

Face it now, we want a new cave to explore
Facebook is a portal that could do the chore
Clicks bring in a distant mother in disguise
Children of the Web, under watchful eyes

Seclusion Island is a place with no fees
Surreptitious the collector data its trees
Personalization offers up another key
For a mass extinction of our privacy

Customized the way you fancy it be
To justify the fray only stratifies society
Is loss of self reliance something to divulge?
Was "free will" the thing replaced by this bulge?

Yes it is we all want a chance to participate
Be invited to the conversation, not to be late
Create a little culture be your media producer
Tighten up the game wear your privacy looser

Well here it goes looks like I did it again
Gets out of hand and starts to blow in the wind
Without awareness' approval privacy loss swells stronger
Even now as I divulge more here, it grows longer and longer...

Day 109: Holding Well Feeling Fine?

"...Ode to Moles' Goals for Earth's Holes"

Well that about seals the Macondo deal
Legacy of flash, feel worlds squeal
Unravel haste in rapid fire
109 days, taste the ire

Here we sit with a solid cement cap
Globally we take another nap?
Government policy set
Oil industry met

All this goes against critics' grain
Milestones past remains pain
Open taps to sell the oil?
Life markets, we toil

Can need for oil sink fast?
Or is life just a blast
Of earth holes
for moles'
goals

Tropical Flower

aloha poets,
Tropical flower inspires today's poetry. Enjoy play on!

Day108: A Very Nice Date

And so its been a very rough ride
Gloom and inspiration came from inside
They had their way as our hearts stood still
All the while the world's worst accidental oil spill

So it goes now so they say
Doom's perspiration up along the way
To kill a well one mile deep, not much known
To kill our hearts, trusted keep, oil well out blown

From 20 April to 06 Aug.
Hazy blooms inside a dizzy fog
Where epic poems rise in tides to fall
Burning and skimming tried to answer the call

Victory celebrations
Find a cake with decorations
Drilling mud and cement casing
Define the world we now all are facing

So we go
Learn to walk slow
Greatness, you can't hurry
Fate rests, still life forms scurry

Battleship Surfing

aloha poets,
Surfing in waves as battleship goes out inspires today's poetry.
Enjoy play on!

Hunky Doors

Go your own way, feed your heart
Surround sound, plasma tv play the part
Blue ray video adds to the succinct
Washing machines, lawn mowers go extinct

Suddenness of creature evolves and grows
Quintessential minutes into the throes
Furniture, apparel, and time all shrink
History smiles, then gives a blink

Gadgets morph, you relax at home
Long distance travel?.. a new poem
Design your home to satisfy your head
Move a little quicker inside your bed

"Can you please run and get for me?"
Also goes the way of western teepee
Corrections, amplifications rise to fall
Inside hunky doors, you make the call

aloha poets,

Dumb Pipes Blues

To be a silent host while others play on
Is a small conclusion, maybe even swan song
You can play it forward or go back just a bit
A big utility host and there you sit

Merchants, acquirers, and issuers at large
Card members are the ones who pay the charge
Service is king as this new war we wage
To host behind walls, the"dumb pipes" plague

New kid on the block is called "near field tech"
Use your cell phone for a credit card, not a check
Handset makers and all the mobile carriers
Breaking down the wall to credit card barriers

Blackberry Servers Sour Apples to Emirates: No Launch Party

Server Taste Test

Telecommunications' regular authority mode
Hindered more than a little by offshore code
This information thing seems kind of whack
Exported data off limits to government hack

The world is coming to a place you can't bug in
Because the call is managed in the offshore din
Foreign commerce company winds up a rehearsal
National security force can only cut to commercial

To regulate a regulator seems a new kind of way
Operate inside borders?... data access gives sway
Offshore management, an idea that seemed great
But not if you are a United Arab Emirate

Cloud Swimming Crowd

aloha poets,
Swimming, playing tag in a crowd under a cloud inspires poetry.
Enjoy play on!

Water Tag Cloud

A very complex ecosystem computing in a cloud
AndroidX in Arizona gets speaking out loud
A basket of apples advertising quite well
Alternative energy still rings that old bell

I tell you once the Amazon we can save
Swimming in gulf oil deserves no rave
Atlanta Falcons sound a little flip
Afghanistan is, a very bad trip

What does it matter what I say?
Feeling lucky, we'll be on our way
Guy named Amar, is he the android?
What sent happy Arizona into the void

Advertise a Falcon you feed apple seed
Amazing Amazon, wait it's amzn I need
Ok got it now, feeling luckier with this thing
Ridin' high on the engine, bring babes and bling
